We are just a few days away from our 4th Annual Ride for the Tatas Motorcycle run!

•  Packet pickup is this Saturday, May 18th at Pinocchio’s Bar & Grill (5995 S. Virginia St. behind the Bank of America building) from noon to 5pm. See you there!

•   Schedule of Events for Sunday May 19:

            7am-Motorcycle Parking Lot Opens

            7:30am-9am-Continental Breakfast – Your poker card will be your entrance ticket for the Continental Breakfast.

            9:30am-Opening Ceremony

            10am-Ride leaves the parking lot

            3pm – Poker Cards must be turned in at Pinocchio’s

            3pm-4:30pm-Dinner buffet open & music

            4pm-5:15pm-Announcements, Raffles, Poker Card Winner Announced

• Remember, the ride kicks off at 10 a.m. SHARP. Please be in line by 9:30 a.m.

We have a few important rules to cover:

- We want to clear up any confusion around the ‘BBQ Only’ Ticket – it is not a replacement option for the ride. This is only for you to bring a guest to the BBQ dinner after the ride or for a passenger. “BBQ ONLY” tickets do NOT entitle you; to enter your motorcycle in the ride, the breakfast buffet, ride t-shirt, ride pin, poker card or ride stop raffle prizes.

- We will be providing small ‘Ride Verification’ stickers for your bike headlight – this is to confirm you are a registered rider. These stickers can be removed easily and are not permanent on your bike. You will not be admitted to the ride line without a ‘Ride Verification’ sticker on your bike headlight.

- No motorcycle club colors/patches/vests, etc. will be admitted to the ride. Please come decked out in your best pink gear as we do our best to turn northern Nevada PINK!

We’re looking forward to another great ride this year – the weather is looking good and we’re ready to have some fun! See you this weekend!

This year’s “Shoot in the Pink” hosted by Sage Hill Clay Sports was a huge success! A whopping 99 shooters came and raised $11,000 for Moms on the Run! Special thanks to Darlene Vopat and Sage Hill Clay Sports for putting on such a fun and successful event.  Here are the winners:

Thanks again to all our volunteers, participants and sponsors for making the 2012 Pinocchio’s Ride for the Tatas a great success.  This year’s ride hosted over 500 bikes and raised over $48,000 for Moms on the Run. Funds raised go directly to help LOCAL women battling breast and other women’s cancers.  We could not help these women without the support of our community.
