We’re excited about this year’s ride being only a few days away! The weather should be perfect! We wanted to give you all an idea of what to expect the day of the ride so that you can plan accordingly:
- 8:00-9:00: We will start parking bikes (Pinocchio’s Reno). After parking your bike, we encourage you to enjoy free continental breakfast, a cash bar, and socializing with your friends and fellow riders. GET THERE EARLY if you want to be in the FRONT OF THE BIKE LINE for our grand exit. Also, get there early if you plan on registering that morning.
- 9:30: We’ll ask that all participants start heading toward their bikes.
- 9:45: National Anthem, prayer and group photo.
- 10:00 SHARP: Bikes will exit together to start the ride!
- 2:00-4:00: Prime Rib dinner will be served (Pinocchio’s Reno).
- 2:00-5:00: Enjoy socializing, dinner, silent auction, schwag sales, cash bar, music
- 3:00: All Poker Cards MUST be turned in by 3:00!
- 3:00: The official “after party” ceremony begins. Raffle drawings will occur throughout. $1,000 Cash Prize will be announced for the winning poker hand. Must be present to win prizes.
Although we reserve the right to adjust this schedule if needed, this is our ideal plan. We look forward to seeing you and hope you have an incredibly fun and safe day! And Remember – packet pick-up is this Saturday, May 19th from 12:00-5:00 at Pinocchio’s Reno.
This year’s ride gives you all kinds of ways to win:
- $1,000 Cash prize for the winning poker hand
- A “Second Chance” poker card drawing valued at $250
- Raffle tickets given at Bucket of Blood AND Carson Valley Inn for chances to win prizes valued at at least $250 each
- Raffle ticket given at mystery stop for chance to win a prize valued at $500
- $125 Cash Prize for “Most Pinked Out” dude – Real men wear pink! Go for it!
- $125 Cash Prize for “Most Pinked Out” chick – Go pink ladies!
Must be present to win all prizes mentioned above.

Start: Pinocchio’s Bar and Restaurant, Reno (breakfast will be served for those registered for the ride)
Stop #1: Bucket of Blood Saloon, Virginia City
Stop #2: Carson Valley Inn, Minden
Stop #3: Mystery Stop! Pick up clues about the mystery stop at the 3 locations mentioned above! All riders who visit the mystery stop will have added chances to win prizes and schwag!
End: Pinocchio’s Bar and Restaurant, Reno (Enjoy an after party complete with BBQ Prime Rib dinner and raffle drawings.)

The 12th Annual Moms on the Run event is quickly approaching and we need your help! We are asking all past and future volunteers to join us this Sunday, April 22nd at Pinocchio’s Reno. We will be hosting a volunteer party beginning at 4:00 p.m. If you are a current volunteer and want to continue volunteering OR have always had the desire to volunteer for MOMS ON THE RUN attend this informational party, have dinner, learn more about the event and what we need volunteers to do, and sign up to give back to your community!
PACKET PICK-UP for all registrants will be on Saturday, May 19th at Pinocchio’s Bar & Grill, 5995 S. Virginia St., Reno, Nevada. Registrants can pick up their packets from 12:00 noon to 8:00 p.m.
We will kick off this year’s Ride for the Tatas in the parking lot at Pinocchio’s Bar and Grill in Reno! We are stoked to start off what’s sure to be an incredible day at our title sponsor complete with breakfast, the singing of our national anthem, mingling, a group photo, and more.
